RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (As of 9/26/25)

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.

Items must be placed in the mail within 14 days of receiving in order to qualify for a return. 

Free return labels to send back your item in the US. Return labels from Canada or UK must be paid for by customer. 

Please note that we are a small company, and our turnover rate for inventory is quicker to bring our customers new styles more frequently, which is why we have a 14 day return limit. 

 RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE.
  • Items marked $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, or $30 are FINAL SALE.
  • Items under "Warehouse Sale" are FINAL SALE.
  • Accessories and Jewelry are Final Sale
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

SHOE RETURNS:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on and will not expire.
